About the event
Yoga nidra, or "yogic sleep," is a guided meditation and relaxation technique practiced in a reclined position (Savasana) gently guides your mind and body into a deep rest. Yoga Nidra may help to reduce stress and anxiety. While lying comfortably, your awareness will be directed through different parts of your body, encouraging relaxation and mindfulness. The intent of the practice is to culminate in a deeper state of relaxation with a gradual return to full wakefulness.
4 weeks starting Jan 9th - Jan 30th , Friday evenings 7:00 - 8:00 pm. Drop in $25.
