This month we are celebrating love by creating a space intentionally designed to bring you home to your heart. With sound by Sundance and physical/energetic support by the Dynamic Duo of Karen and Jenn, you’ll experience and be supported the frequency and vibration of voice, drum, gong and rattle as you journey within and connect to your heart.
Important:
~ up 1 flight of stairs
~ bring a water bottle and yoga mat, blanket, pillow for comfort on the floor
~ scent-aware, we thank you for NO perfumes/colognes/body-sprays or strongly scented products
