Inner Sanctuary

We invite you to join us for an evening of connecting into your inner nature and developing an ever greater sense of inner safety. Grounding into the present moment, listening to and observing your heart's true intention.

We’ll start with getting into the body with yin yoga, and continue the journey inwards with yoga nidra. Throughout the evening you’ll be bathed in the frequency and vibration of instruments, finishing off with a rejuvenating soundbath.

As a devoted father of 3 and a strong pillar of kindness in his community, Jason serves from his grounded heart space. He is committed to learning and growing together in community. Jason is enthusiastic about stepping forward as a servant leader in Regina’s growing holistic community.
